If we could look at every aspect of our life as if our soul is talking to us, I believe we would end suffering as a human race. I believe we live in a world where everything is reflecting something back to us. I believe most relationships in our life are just reflecting our karma.
I believe in being able to see everything as a message from the Divine.
What really is healing? Healing is the return to love and remembering the wholeness of your true being. The past, present and the future are all happening simultaneously, so the point of these sessions is to merge with the aspect of you that is already healed and whole. There may be some physical resistance patterns, emotional or mental, but who you fundamentally are at the level of consciousness, at the level of spirit, and the essence of your soul is whole and complete. Maggies sessions focus on a return to wholeness. It is about being able to connect with the reality where the healing has already occurred and merge that into your present day existence here and now. Together we can attune to those realizations, release blockages stopping you from experiencing that and then to unify those future realities into your present reality.

My name is Maggie Rose LaCosta, and I am dedicated to helping humanity end suffering. I believe suffering is a byproduct of not being trained properly on Earth, not having the spiritual tools to handle this physical reality. I believe that when we become spiritually aware and evolved as a society, we can end suffering.
Growing up as a very devout Catholic, I never knew anything about energy work and was taught that the world was wo wo and doesn’t exist. I was in a pivot point in my life, trying to go to college but knowing there was so much more to life than what was being taught in school. I cried every day at school and could not control my emotions. After pretending to go to school, dropping out and going to yoga for hours a day, I started a deep healing journey. I was kicked out of my house when my parents found out I dropped out of school. I luckily found a beautiful spiritual community in San Diego where divine encounters guided my way from there and where my life was changed for good.
I had my first energy work session at the age of 19. After my first session, I felt so light! I had no idea I could feel this good. I was on the search for the best people in this field and receiving many sessions. All I wanted to do was learn this! After receiving many sessions from extremely gifted healers, I have now combined what I have learned, all the work I have done on myself, and knowledge from many different profound energy workers, psychics, shamans, and oracles, to intentionally craft sessions for others.

Being unable to control my emotions for such a long time, I understand what it's like to feel so deeply, and all we need are the tools to know how to not let our emotions rule our reality.
Suffering, pain, depression, sadness or boredom are not inherent states of being. While they may present valuable lessons, they need not define our daily existence. Achieving harmony is achievable through inner work. While life's challenges may arise, they need not control or overwhelm us. Working through the unconscious and inner child wounds we can change our life from drama to dharma. Cultivating an observer mindset, a state of witnessing, a sense of deep peace in the body, requires shedding layers that no longer serve us.
